By accessing and using Saiyahouse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local laws
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload viruses or other malicious code

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Paystack. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all charges at the price in effect at the time of purchase
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
• Receive instant access to purchased files upon successful payment

5. Licensing

When you purchase a beat from Saiyahouse, you are purchasing a license to use the beat according to the terms of the specific license type you selected. Different license types grant different rights:

• MP3 Lease: Non-commercial use, limited distribution
• WAV Lease: Non-commercial use, expanded distribution
• Trackouts: Commercial use, unlimited distribution, includes stems
• Exclusive: Full ownership, beat removed from catalog

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and beats, is the property of Saiyahouse or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

When you purchase a license, you receive the right to use the beat according to the license terms, but you do not own the underlying copyright to the beat unless you purchase an exclusive license.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Saiyahouse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

8. Downloads and File Access

Purchased files are available for download for 72 hours after purchase. You may download each file up to 5 times. After this period, you must contact support for access to your files.

We recommend backing up your purchased files immediately after download.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saiyahouse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saiyahouse from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
