Saiyahouse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

Saiyahouse is a beat-selling platform that provides:

• Access to a catalog of music beats for purchase
• Various licensing options for beat usage
• Secure payment processing through Paystack
• File delivery services for purchased content
• User account management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To purchase beats from Saiyahouse, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

Saiyahouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.

4. Beat Licensing

4.1 License Types

We offer the following license types:

• MP3 Lease: Non-exclusive license for MP3 format files
• WAV Lease: Non-exclusive license for WAV format files
• Trackouts/Stems: Non-exclusive license with individual track stems
• Exclusive License: Full ownership of the beat

4.2 Exclusive License Terms

When you purchase an exclusive license:

• The beat is permanently removed from our catalog
• You receive full ownership rights to the beat
• The beat cannot be sold to any other party
• All other licenses for that beat are disabled

4.3 Usage Rights

All licenses allow for commercial use, including streaming, distribution, and monetization. Specific usage limits vary by license type. Please review the license details before purchase.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money for Ghana and Nigeria.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final.

5.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of technical issues that prevent file delivery. Please contact support if you experience any problems.

6. File Delivery

6.1 Download Links

After successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. Download links are valid for 72 hours and have a maximum download limit of 5 attempts.

6.2 File Formats

Files are delivered in the format specified by your purchased license. Please ensure you have the necessary software to open and use the files.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Saiyahouse Content

All content on Saiyahouse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Saiyahouse or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Beat Ownership

Until purchase is completed, all beats remain the property of Saiyahouse. Upon purchase of an exclusive license, ownership is transferred to the buyer. Non-exclusive licenses grant usage rights but not ownership.

7.3 Copyright Infringement

You agree not to use any beats in a manner that infringes upon the rights of others. Saiyahouse is not responsible for copyright infringement claims arising from your use of purchased beats.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your download links with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Saiyahouse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the service and describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Saiyahouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saiyahouse, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

14. Termination

Saiyahouse reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
