2. Beat Copyright
All beats and instrumental music available on Saiyahouse are original compositions protected by copyright. When you purchase a beat, you are purchasing a license to use the beat according to the terms of the specific license type you select.
Non-Exclusive Licenses (MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Trackouts)
With non-exclusive licenses, Saiyahouse retains copyright ownership of the beat. You receive the right to use the beat according to the license terms, but you do not own the underlying copyright.
Exclusive License
When you purchase an exclusive license, you receive full ownership and copyright of the beat. The beat is permanently removed from our catalog and cannot be sold to anyone else. You become the sole owner of the copyright.
3. Usage Rights
Your usage rights depend on the license type you purchase. Please refer to our License Agreement for detailed information about what you can and cannot do with each license type.
Allowed Uses
- Creating and releasing music projects
- Using beats in videos, films, and other media
- Live performances
- Streaming on platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- Radio broadcasts
Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or redistributing the beat itself
- Claiming ownership of the beat (unless exclusive license)
- Using the beat in competing beat-selling platforms
- Removing copyright tags from purchased files
4. Credit Requirements
Proper credit to Saiyahouse is required for most license types. Credit should be given in the following format:
"Produced by Saiyahouse"
Credit must be included in:
- Song descriptions on streaming platforms
- YouTube video descriptions
- Social media posts featuring the music
- Any public performance or broadcast
Exclusive license holders may be exempt from credit requirements. Please check your specific license terms.
5. Copyright Infringement
Copyright infringement is a serious offense. We take copyright violations seriously and will take appropriate action against infringers.
What Constitutes Infringement
- Using beats without purchasing a license
- Exceeding the rights granted by your license
- Removing copyright protection from files
- Claiming you created the beat
- Distributing the beat to others
Consequences of Infringement
We reserve the right to take the following actions against copyright infringers:
- Immediate termination of license
- Legal action for damages
- DMCA takedown notices
- Account suspension or banning
- Pursuit of maximum legal remedies
6. DMCA Compliance
Saiyahouse respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.
DMCA Takedown Request
To submit a DMCA takedown request, please provide:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

7. User-Generated Content
Users who create music using our beats retain copyright to their original lyrics, vocals, and arrangements. However, the underlying beat copyright remains with Saiyahouse unless an exclusive license was purchased.
8. Fair Use
Nothing in this copyright notice is intended to limit rights protected by fair use doctrines under applicable copyright laws. Fair use may include criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
9. International Copyright
Our beats are protected under international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention and the WIPO Copyright Treaty. Copyright protection extends to most countries worldwide.
10. Copyright Registration
While Saiyahouse maintains copyright ownership of beats, we do not necessarily register every beat with copyright offices. However, our works are still protected by copyright law from the moment of creation.
Exclusive license holders may wish to register their ownership with their local copyright office for additional protection.
